This is a collection of patterns and links to patterns to make headcoverings,
and some tips. Some of the patterns that I link to are charity patterns, and
they ask that if you use them for personal use, that you make an extra and
give it to a charity. I think that's a lovely thought, and encourage everyone
to do so.

Shoshana's Snood Pattern
This one is on my site, a snood pattern that was generously
shared by Shoshana. This is the Jewish style fabric snood,

There are lots of commercial patterns available. I've made hat 'I' from
McCall's 3044 and pre-tied scarf 'G' from McCall's 4116. I recently puchased
the book "Happy Hats and Cool Caps" by Anne-Metter Hermansen and Tina Elnef.
It has lots of hats in lots of sizes, but I think the directions are best
interpreted by more experienced sewers. I found them to be confusing in places.
